1. Order Cancellations
If you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our support. Once processing begins, cancellations may not be possible.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are offered under the following conditions:

  • Defects: Fabric imperfections or manufacturing flaws.

  • Incorrect Items: Wrong size, color, or product delivered.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

  2. Our team will review and, if approved, issue a return authorization.

  3. Return the product in its original packaging (with tags).

  4. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund.

4. Refund Methods & Timelines
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, customized products, or personal wash may not be eligible for return unless defective.

6. Exchange Requests
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please cancel and place a new order for replacement items.
